Installation takes just minutes, all you need is a Windows IIS web server. Razordesk comes with its own embedded database system. All self-installed packages include free 30 days support to cover installation. Optionally purchase Extended on-line Support and, for larger installations, a fully outsourced Premium Support solution whereby we manage your Razordesk remotely via Terminal Services. The extra support packages offer hot fixes and discounts on new features as and when they come available.
Purchase optional extras for your Razordesk. Inbound Email Integration allows your key clients to communicate with the portal via email. The Charting option adds useful informative graphs at key locations; lets you see at an instant how well you are performing.
