 Easy to use contact management with properties, Alerts and Mail Merge. Contacts are grouped in subcategories within categories which you customize according to your individual business need. Save detailed property information for every contact. You can have as many properties per contact as needed. Property information like square footage, construction, amenities etc are all included and available via drop down lists. You may also set an unlimited number of alerts per contact to remind you of important dates and appointments. Use the automated mail merge feature to produce form letters to any number of contacts you select. You may even print mailing labels just as easily. The full version allows you to export and import contacts via XML technology, so you keep your copies (home and office) synchronized with the latest contact information, or even to share your contact information with assistants and associates. This software Uses advanced SGrid technology that is designed by VBAccelerator for sophisticated information display. |
