 MSP Center Plus is a remote management software that enables managed service providers (MSP) to remotely manage multiple customer's desktops and networks. It offers remote desktop management, remote network management, remote server monitoring, web-based helpdesk, and professional services automation (PSA).
Managing multiple customers leaves MSPs with no time to spare. They need to be twice as productive as any other normal organization. But their productivity takes a hit when they deploy multiple tools which don't integrate well.
