 The Order Processing system handles all the orders made by your customers from the time it is placed to the dispatching of the orders. The system manages your stock and reorder levels, your suppliers, sales staff, shippers, product and product categories.
It is a nightmare to ensure that orders go out on time without some sort of order processing system. Managing your sales staff, controlling your stock, so that you are never out of stock, can add to your headache. The list is endless. This system can manage all of these complex tasks.
This system boasts in having a genuine stock control system with auto calc facility. It automatically calculate stock discounts, markups as you go along.
The system does take some setting up from scratch since you must type in your suppliers, the products and their cost or list price. Everybody has some relationship with their supplier so you will further enter your discount, your settlement discount, your individual item markup and the system will calculate the rest to give you your final unit price. Once this is done, to fill customer orders is a simple and quick selection process without any typing.
The system offers such a complete solution that even if you are selling your own products and do not use suppliers or shippers, it will still work since you simply will only have to choose the sections that you require for your operation.
Other features offered by the Orders Processing system :
Password protection and operator access control facilities.
Invoice and statement facility with optional VAT and GST options.
E-mail facility to post customer invoices.
Allows you to manage multiple database containers, each linked to a different outlet or store, used whenever you wish to split or regionalise outlets.
This is a good buy price wise for what it can do !! Dispatch notes and other reporting features are optional extras not covered by the pricing structure.
