OroTimesheet allows you to keep track and manage the time spent on each project by you or your employees. Very flexible, OroTimesheet adapts itself to your needs whether you work for a big corporation or are a self-employed worker.
The new version 4 of OroTimesheet includes the following main modules : Employees, projects, activities, customers, groups, timesheets, expenses and periods. Additional user-defined fields are included in most modules and you can choose not to use the complementary modules.
OroTimesheet 4 manages hours worked, budgets, costs, billing and expenses. Your own costs and billing rules are definable and automatic operation rules can be easily set up to allow you to change the value of a field when another is updated.
A powerful reports generator is also included with OroTimesheet 4. This unique tool enables you to create your own reports or to modify existing ones with a few clicks of mouse. Moreover, the reports generator includes a programming language called "RAP" (Report Application Pascal) which will allow more experienced users to create more dynamic and more complex reports.
Finally, complete security per user, including supervision rights over timesheets and projects, by group or by employee, can be activated according to your needs.
