 AVM FRITZ! plus OLfax. Email-to-Fax; Fax-to-mail Gateway for MS Outlook 97 to 2007. OLfax allows each individual Outlook user (PC), or any email Client in an Outlook network to send and receive faxes. If more than one telephone line is available for fax, different users can connect to different fax lines. An integrated POP3/SMTP server allows usage of OLfax without having a separate mail proxy. If a mail proxy or Exchange Server already exists, OLfax can be configured to be a client of that mail proxy. OLfax integrates easy into existing networks; it is using the standard protocols POP3 and SMPT for exchanging emails with mail clients. OLfax as a groupware solution for fax send and receive faxes using an AVM FRITZ! at a server via email and Forward incoming faxes via email. Using the fax transport provider, the fax number in the Outlook address book can be used to send faxes in combination with a Microsoft Exchange or Windows Server, OLfolders or similar Groupware Fax solutions. OLfax supports QuickViewPlus for printing documents to the fax printer. OLfax faxes can be sent and received also with other email programs, e.g. with Lotus Notes/Domino, under Macintosh or Linux. OLfax plus OLfolders PE, OLfolders with QSynchronization, QMailFilter, QSearchFolders, QNewsLetter as well as QSyncFTP for the automatic publish your web site to any FTP server offers an economical and industries independent Outlook and Windows total conception for small and medium-size enterprises which set on economical and fast IT solutions which can be administered easily. Currently world-wide about 24,000 users in more than 6,000 companies are using OLfolders for Outlook networks. |
